Our painters, tilers and plasterers are praised for quality finishes and smooth project handling.
We found an ad for Smartfix after contacting a few tilers who did not return our calls. I messaged them (Smartfix)on a Sunday they contacted me on the Monday and had a plumber, Jacob, here on the Tuesday and a tiler, Craig here on the Wednesday. He worked for the next three days straight removing the old tiles and laying the new ones. I had trouble picking and sourcing tiles and a new toilet so worked with Jamie via phone who found different colours and styles and helped me decide. After waiting a few days for the tiles to set Jacob was back on the Tuesday to install the new toilet. So from beginning to end the whole process took 10 days. All rubbish was removed and they left everything clean and tidy. The contact I had with Jim and other staff was excellent, their message system kept us up to date and everyone arrived at the times stated. I cannot fault their service and would definitely recommend and use again.
